Teaching Mode of College English Based on Talent Cultivation Plan——Taking Heilongjiang Ecology Vocational College as Example

人才培养方案是高等教育培养又好又专人才的指导性文件。通过调查高职高专院校的大学英语教学现状,对教学内容、教学方法、教学对象以及教学成果进行分析,找出教学过程中存在的问题;提出改革框架和实施方案;并依据实践过程总结改革带来的成果和今后的发展目标。

Talent cultivation plan is a guideline which is helpful for higher education development to successfully.Based on researching the teaching condition,an analysis on teaching content,method,teaching target and results are made.The problems concerning in the teaching process are put forward.The corresponding measures and plans are put forward.The future development plans based on the results are made.
