谐振环左手材料设计参数对太赫兹传输的影响 被引量:5

摘要 左手材料(LHM)的出现,为新型材料的探究和应用开辟了一个全新的领域。电磁波在左手材料中的传播特性已经被许多研究工作者广泛探索并得到了许多新结果,与此同时,太赫兹由于其独特性质也成为近年来研究的热点。归类总结了太赫兹波在典型LHM材料中的传输,并通过比较太赫兹波在不同设计的LHM中的传输,得出在LHM设计中,周期、分形、基板材料等参数对太赫兹传输的影响,这些传输特性在太赫兹波器件的制备方面有很大的应用前景。 Left-handed materials(LHM)explore a new field for research and application of new materials.Electromagnetic wave propagation in left-handed material have been extensively studied by many researchers and there have been many new results.As the research technology develops and application requirement increases,THz wave transmission property of the LHM attracts more and more attention.This article summarizes the THz transmission characteristics in typical transmission LHM materials.By comparing different designs,we get the influence of different structure parameters,such as periodic,fractal,substrate material.Explanations are given.
