高尿酸血症与代谢综合征的相关性研究

Association between hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome

目的探讨高尿酸血症(HUA)与代谢综合征(MS)的的相关性。方法分析8 759例健康体检者HUA与MS及其各组分指标发生率间的相关性。结果 8 759例体检者中HUA患病率为14.7%,男性与女性间患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MS患病率为15.0%,男性与女性间患病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MS患者与非MS人群HUA患病率及血尿酸(BUA)水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HUA患者与非HUA人群MS患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据BUA水平四分位间距将体检者分为4组,随着BUA水平的升高,高血压、中性肥胖、血脂异常、高血糖检出率逐渐上升(P<0.05)。结论 HUA与MS密切关联,互为诱发因素。

Objective To investigate the relationship between hyperuricemia（HUA）and metabolic syndrome（MS）.Methods 8 759 cases of healthy people were analyzed for the correlation of the incidence rate between HUA and MS and MS related components.Results Among all subjects,the morbidity rate of HUA was 14.7%,there was statistical difference between that of male and female（P〈0.05）,the morbidity rate of MS was 15.0% and there was no statistical difference between male and female.men and women was no significant difference in the incidence（P〉0.05）.There was significant difference of the morbidity rate of HUA and blood uric acid level between individuals with MS and those without MS（P〈0.05）.The difference of the morbidity of MS between individuals with HUA and those without HUA was statistical（P〈0.05）.All subjects were divided into four groups,according to the quartile intervals of BUA,and it was confirmed that the detection rates of hypertension,mild obesity,dyslipidemia,hyperglycosemia gradually increased with the increase of BUA level（P〈0.05）.Conclusion MS and HUA might be closely associated and are causative factor for each other
