乙型肝炎的防治及相关检验指标研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 乙型肝炎病毒（hepatitis B virus,HBV）感染所引起的乙型肝炎（简称乙肝）是发病率最高的传染病之一,虽然献血员筛查和疫苗接种等预防措施在一定程度上能够降低乙肝发病率,但目前全世界仍有3亿HBV感染者。彻底清除感染机体的HBV依赖于免疫系统的有效参与。尽管核苷类似物及干扰素（interferon，IFN）在治疗慢性乙肝方面取得了一定的效果，
