Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges Should Improve Three Abilities

高校政治理论课教师在教学过程中面临多重矛盾,解决这些内在矛盾需要着力提高三种能力,即知识转变为见识的能力;感想转化为思想的能力;讲授力提升为影响力的能力。高校政治理论课教师要提高这三种能力,需要注重学科知识和社会实践,实现教学、科研与实践三结合;注重教学反思和生活感悟,实现反思、感悟和新知三结合;注重专业培训和教师交流,实现培训、交流和自学三结合。

College teachers giving ideological and political theory course are facing multiple contradictions.To settle these internal contradictions,three abilities should be improved,namely the ability to transform knowledge into experience,the ability to transfer reflections into thinking,and the ability to upgrade teaching competence to influence.To improves the three abilities,ideological and political teachers should pay attention to content knowledge and social practices,and realize the combination of teaching,scientific research and practice;focus on teaching reflection and life sentiment to achieve the combination of reflection,sentiment and new knowledge;attach importance to professional training and teachers＇ exchange to realize the combination of training,exchange and self-learning.
