摘要
随着自动化程度的提高,对磨削加工过程的在线监测方法研究越来越受到重视。无损检测技术的发展,提供了一种通过磨削噪声来在线监测砂轮磨削状况的方法。由于砂轮在磨削过程中产生的噪声,与其本身的材质和磨削状态有着密切的关系,因此通过对磨削噪声信号的分析,就可以精确地获取砂轮磨削状态的信息。将磨削加工过程中实时采集到的噪声信号进行滤波处理,提高信噪比,利用小波变换对其进行特征提取,采用RMS(Root Mean Square)法构造表征磨削状态的特征向量,并以此来判断不同的磨削状态,从而实现对磨削状态进行在线监测。
With the enhancement of manufacturing automation,on-line monitoring of production process has been re-ceiving increased attention.Nondestructive test(NDT) provides a method using noise signal to monitor the grinding condition.The noise generated in the grinding process by wheels has a close relationship with its own material of wheels and the grinding state.Through analysis of noise signal,the state of the wheels can be clear in the course of grinding.The noise signal is analyzed by wavelet analysis after filtering and SNR can be improved.Eigenvector of grinding state can be constructed by wavelet transform coefficients using RMS method,and used to judge the different grinding states to achieve online monitoring.
