影响夫精宫腔内人工授精妊娠率的因素分析 被引量：3

摘要 夫精人工授精是丈夫精液经过优选处理后置人妻子生殖道内以达到妊娠的一种方法，目前多采用将精子置入宫腔内，即夫精宫腔内人工授精方法（IUI）。IUI简单易行，费用低，是当前最广泛应用的辅助生殖技术之一，但其周期临床妊娠率较低，仅10％～20％。本文旨在通过分析影响妊娠率的因素，探讨如何提高这项技术的妊娠率。
