摘要
目的探讨CT与纤维支气管镜检查(纤支镜)在诊断阻塞性肺不张中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析79例肺不张患者同时进行CT和纤支镜检查的临床资料。结果 79例肺不张病变部位依次为右上叶(21例)、右下叶(18例)、右中叶(15例)、左上叶(11例)、右全肺(7例)、左下叶(5例)和左全肺(2例);病因为:肿瘤42例(53.2%)、炎症23例(29.1%)、结核11例(13.9%),其他3例(3.8%),其中,CT病因诊断符合率81%(64/79),纤支镜病因诊断符合率为98.7%。结论纤支镜对肺不张的部位、病因诊断最准确,可作为常规检查手段,CT可作为肺不张诊断的补充。
Objective Discusses CT and fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of obstructive atelectasis application value.Methods Retrospective analysis of 79 cases of pulmonary atelectasis in patients with both CT and fiberoptic bronchoscopy for the clinical data.Results 79 cases of atelectasis were right upper lobe lesions(21 cases),right lower lobe(18 cases),right middle lobe(15 cases),left upper lobe(11 cases),all right lung(7 cases),left lower lobe(5 cases) and all left lung(2 cases);disease because: tumor 42 cases(53.2%),inflammation in 23 cases(29.1%),tuberculosis in 11 cases(13.9%),the other 3 cases(3.8%),which CT cause diagnosis rate 81%(64/79),diagnostic fiberoptic bronchoscopy was 98.7% the cause.Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy for atelectasis of the site,cause the most accurate diagnosis can be used as means of routine examination,CT can be used as complementary diagnostic atelectasis.
