七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗老视视疲劳

Seven Leaves of Digitalis Double effect eye Drops in Treatment of Presbyopia Visual Fatigue

目的评价七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液(施图伦)治疗老视视疲劳的临床效果。方法对58例老视视疲劳使用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液的患者,分别在就诊时、用药后2、4周进行视疲劳症状问卷调查,检查调节幅度(AMP),调节滞后量、调节灵敏度,同时观察药物的不良反应。结果所有患者各项观察指标在应用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗前、治疗后2、4周进行统计学分析,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有病例未发现全身和眼部不良反应。结论七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液能安全、快速、有效缓解老视眼视疲劳的症状和体征。
