摘要
目的探究Gamma-3髓内钉微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法收集自2008年至2010年于我院就诊的46例股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料,并对其进行回顾性分析,发现该组患者中接受Gamma-3髓内钉微创手术治疗者24例,接受其他在治疗者22例。依据是否接受Gamma-3髓内钉微创手术治疗将48例患者人分为治疗组和对照组,并对术后各性指标进行比较,经统计学分析疗效差异(P<0.01)时差异具有统计学意义。其中治疗组接受该种治疗方法。结果经9个月的随访,治疗组24例患者骨折愈合良好,愈合时间3～6月。术后出现感染者1例,经积极的抗炎治疗恢复状况较好,目前骨折部位已完全愈合。术后未见明显髋内翻及下肢缩短畸形等不良反应。与对照组性比,除骨折愈合时间差异不明显外,其他各项指标差异均具有明显的统计学意义。结论 Gamma-3髓内钉微创手术是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的有效方法,且具有不良反应少,低感染、术后恢复快等优点,对患者健康的恢复具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the Gamma-3 Minimally invasive treatment of intramedullary nailing of intertrochanteric fracture of the clinical effects.Methods From 2008 to 2010 in our hospital between the 46 cases of intertrochanteric fractures of the clinical data,and its retrospective analysis,found that the group of patients received Gamma-3 nail minimally invasive surgery treatment of 24 patients,who received the other 22 patients in the treatment.Gamma-3 based on acceptance of minimally invasive surgical treatment of intramedullary nails of 48 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,and after comparing the various indicators,the statistical analysis of efficacy of different（P0.01） when the difference statistically significant.One treatment group received the kind of treatment.Results After 9 months of follow-up,24 patients treated fractures healed,the healing time of 3 to 6 months.Postoperative infection in 1 case,the positive recovery of better anti-inflammatory treatment,at present at the fracture site has healed completely.No significant postoperative varus deformity and leg shortening and other adverse reactions.Sex ratio with the control group,no significant difference except healing time,other indicators differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Gamma-3 Minimally invasive surgery is the treatment of intramedullary nailing of intertrochanteric fracture of the effective method,and has fewer side effects,low infection,the advantages of rapid recovery,the recovery of the patient health is important.
