我国中小企业不仅提供了就业机会和增加社会财富,而且关系着整个国民经济的发展,但是由于中小型企业自身存在的问题,使其在市场竞争尤其是国际竞争中处于极为不利的地位。

The small and medium-sized enterprises in Chinas not only provide employment opportunities and increase social wealth,but also is related with the development of the entire national economy.However,their own problems make the small and medium-sized enterprises posited in a very disadvantaged position in market competition especially in international competition.
