山西省森林公园和森林旅游业发展战略研究

Study on the Development Strategy of Forest Parks and Forest Tourism in Shanxi

从研究山西森林公园建设总体布局和规划入手，对森林公园建设的地域、层次、类型及森林旅游线路的开辟等做了总体战略规划，并对规划的实施提出了意见和建议。认为，山西森林旅游资源具有自身独特的魅力，山西森林公园、森林旅游只有依据自身特点进行合理规划、科学布局，把森林旅游纳入全省旅游产业的大循环中，形成具有一定规模、稳定的森林旅游热线，才能从根本上推进山西森林旅游产业的长足发展，形成林业新的经济增长点，实现林业可持续发展。

Started with overall arrangement and planning of forest park construction in Shanxi,an overall strategy planning,including the region,level,type,and routine of tourism,was worked out,and some ideas and suggestions were made to the implement of the planning. It is considered that Shanxi forest tourism resources have their unique glamour,forest parks and forest tourism planning and arrangement should base on their own characteristics,forest tourism should be brouhgt into the general circulation of the provincial tourism industry,forming stable tourism routines with certain scale,so that forest tourism industry in Shanxi can make rapid progress,form new economic growing point,and achieve sustainable development of forestry.
