摘要
目的观察由香菇、人参和丹参组成的复方香菇提取物对糖尿病模型小鼠的降糖作用。方法雄性昆明种小鼠以四氧嘧啶200mg/kg剂量腹腔注射,血糖≥20mmol/L为造模成功;实验设空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、复方香菇提取物组,连续灌胃30d,分别测定小鼠体重、空腹血糖、糖耐量及TC、TG、MDA、SOD。结果复方香菇提取物组在250mg/(kg.d)剂量下显著降低了糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖,改善了糖耐量;同时显著降低TC、TG、MDA水平,升高SOD水平。结论复方香菇提取物有拮抗高血糖症的功效。
Objective To investigate the effect of mushrooms compound on diabetic modeled mice.The mushrooms compound was composed of mushrooms,ginseng and salvia miltiorrhiza.Methods Alloxan was intraperitoneally injected at the dosage of 200mg·kg-1 into male Kunming mice to establish the model.A successful model should be a blood glucose concentration detected over 20mmol·L-1.The study was conducted in blank control group,model control group,positive control group,compound aqua bulliens extract group,which were given gastric perfusion for consecutively 30 days,after when the body weight,fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance,and total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),malonaldehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) were measured.Results Extracts of mushrooms compound at the dosage of 250mg·kg-1·d-1 could significantly reduce the fasting blood glucose,improve glucose tolerance and reduce TC,TG,MDA,increase SOD.Conclusions Extract of mushrooms compound has an antagonistic effect to diabetes mellitus.
