电针刺激督脉穴为主治疗肌筋膜炎疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effects of Electro-acupuncture at Acupoints of DU Meridian for Fasciitis

目的观察电针刺激督脉穴位治疗肌筋膜炎的疗效。方法将78例肌筋膜炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组39例采用电针刺激督脉穴位;对照组采用传统针刺治疗。结果治疗组痊愈24例,显效10例,有效5例,无效0例,总有效率100%;对照组痊愈8例,显效11例,有效17例,无效3例,总有效率92.3%。治疗组在改善疼痛方面与对照组比较,其评分明显降低(P<0.01)。结论电针以取督脉穴为主治疗肌筋膜炎效果显著,是治疗本病的较佳疗法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Electro-acupuncture at acupoints of DU meridian for fasciitis.Methods 78 cases of fasciitis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group of 39 case were treated with Electro-acupuncture at acupoints of DU meridian,and the control group of 39 cases with traditional acupuncture.Results In the treatment group,24 cases were cured and 10 cases improved obviously and 5 observed improvement.The total effective rate was 100%;in the control group,8 cases were cured and 11 cases improved obviously and 17 observed improvement with 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 92.3%.The treatment group in improvement of pain was better than the control group,with scores significantly decreased（P〈 0.01）.Conclusion Electro-acupuncture at acupoints of DU meridian have obvious effect on fasciitis,therefore is a better therapy.
