负压封闭引流加臭氧灌注治疗难治性压疮的临床应用

Vacuum sealing drainage combined with O3 douche in the treatment of refractory pressure ulcers

目的探讨负压封闭式引流（VSD）加臭氧（03）灌注技术对难治胜压疮创面的效果方法。方法观察38例难治性乐疮患者采用VSD＋O3灌注进行创面护理后的创面愈合率和感染控制率。结果VSD＋O3灌注护理后2周后愈合率48．35％；感染控制率50．17％，明显优于常规护理。结论VSD＋O3灌注技术用于创面护理效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To inrestigate the efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage （ VSD ） plus O3 douche in the treatment of refractory pressure ulcers. Methods VSD plus O3 douche was performed in 38 patients and the rates of wound healing and infection control were observed. Resutlts The rate of wound healing was 48.35% two weeks after treatment with VSD plus O3 douche,and the rate of infection control was 50.17%, which was superior to conventional wound care. Conclusions Vacuum sealing drainage plus O3 douche is effective in nursing care of refractory pressure ulcers and it is worth popularizing clinically.
