摘要
近年来,高速的模数转换器与单片机之间的接口电路得到了广泛的应用。但是,基于数据转换的速率问题,大部分的设计电路都选择了并行输出的AD转换器。为了实现串行输出模式的AD转换器与单片机之间的数据通讯问题,通过分析串行模数转换器ADS8509的性能特点和工作时序,提出了一种在ADS8509内部工作模式下与单片机之间数据采集的解决方案,并给出了硬件接口电路图和程序源代码。试验表明,本设计能实现ADS8509与单片机之间的高速数据采集功能,并满足系统对实时性和同步性的要求。
In recent years,the interface circuit of high-speed ADC and single-chip microcomputer has been widely used.But,based on the data transfer rate problem,most of the circuit design all chose parallel output AD converters.In order to realize data communication problems between single-chip microcomputer and the serial output model AD converter,through analyzing the ADS8509 serial adc characteristics and work timing,a data collection solution between ADS8509 of internal work mode and single-chip microcomputer is proposed,and it also presents the hardware interface diagram and source code.Experiment shows that this design can realize between ADS8509 and SCM high-speed data acquisition function,and meet the requirements of real-time and synchronicity.
