摘要
为满足海洋环境下混凝土的施工要求,开展了粉煤灰海工自密实高性能混凝土配合比参数的试验研究。试验结果表明,掺入30%~40%粉煤灰、水胶比为0.35~0.37、用水量为170kg/m3的自密实混凝土具有较高的流动性、填充性、间隙通过性和抗离析性,满足自密实混凝土的施工要求,且具有较高的抗压强度和抗氯盐侵蚀性能,满足海洋环境下抗氯盐侵蚀的耐久性要求。
To satisfy the marine concrete construction,the mix proportion parameters of fly ash high performance self-compacting marine concrete is experimentally studied.Experimental results show that the fluidity,filling ability,passing ability and segregation resistance of self-compacting concrete with 30%~40% fly ash are better when its water-binder ratio is from 0.35 to 0.37 and its water content is held at 170 kg/m3,which satisfies the demand of marine concrete construction.Moreover,its compressive strength and chloride resistance is higher and it can be used in concrete structure of marine circumstance.
