摘要
结合对小水电工程特点的分析，构造了进行小水电工程可行性评价的模糊层次模型，建立了对小水电工程的可行性进行模糊综合评判的方法。所建立的方法对小水电工程的可行性评价及评价方法的研究具有较好的应用参考价值。
Combining with the analysis of characteristics of small hydropower projects, a fuzzy hierarchy model evaluating feasibility of small hydropower projects is established and a fuzzy comprehensive method for evaluating feasibility of small hydropower projects is aslo built. The method presented has applied and referential value for evaluating evaluating feasibitity of small hydropower projects and for studing evaluation methods.
