摘要
波折开孔钢板是一种新型剪力连接件。为了研究设置有波折开孔板连接件的组合梁的界面特性,对具有双排波折开孔钢板连接件的钢-混凝土组合梁进行了有限元模拟,分析计算了混凝土板与钢梁上翼缘交界面处的相对滑移及其分布规律、应变差及其分布规律、波折开孔板连接件及贯穿钢筋的受力情况。对比试验结果表明,波折开孔钢板连接件的抗滑移性能、抗剪性能良好,混凝土板和钢梁具有良好的协同工作性能。
The corrugated perforated plate is a kind of new shearing connectors.In order to investigate the interface character of composite beams with corrugated perforated plate,the finite element simulation for steel-concrete composite beams with double-row corrugated perforated plate connectors is carried out.In this simulation,the relative slippage and its distribution regularities,strain difference value and its distribution regularities on the interface for top flange of steel beam and concrete slab,and the force condition of corrugated perforated plate connectors and transfixion reinforced steel in the composite beam are analyzed and calculated.The contrast experimental results show that the anti-slippage and anti-shearing properties of corrugated perforated plate connectors are good,and the concrete slab and steel beam have good joint cooperation performance.
