试论完善我国粮食供求平衡机制

Discussion on the improvement of grains supply and demand balance mechanism in China

在我国经济体制转轨及粮食购销体制深化改革的背景下，从实现我国粮食供求动态平衡的总体目标出发，分析了现行机制中影响粮食供求平衡的诸多因素及矛盾，在此基础上，提出了完善粮食供求机制的思路、实现粮食供求动态平衡的基本模式及相应对策。

In the background of economic system transition and deepening reform of grains supply and demand in China,this paper,based on the dynamic balance of grains supply and demand,analyzed the various factors and problems in the existing supply and demand system,and offered some thought for improving the grains supply and demand system in the future.Furthermore,a basic model for implementing the dynamic balance of giains supply and demand and the relative counter measures were provided.
