分析了小水电工程中常用的可替代调压室的主要调节保证技术措施，以具体的数值计算成果说明了调压阀、安全阀－爆破膜、导叶关闭规律及关闭时间等调节保证技术措施在改善机组过渡过程状态方面所起的作用，并对各种调节保证技术措施的适用范围和特点进行了说明。

By an analysis of the main technical measures of regulation guaranteein replacing surge tank in small power stations,it is stated that the main technical measures of regulation guarantee about the pressure regulating valve and safe valve bursting diaphragm as well as the reasonable regulating rule and regulating time of guide vane play roles in improving transient quality of turbine units with the results of numerical simulation and actual project examples.At the same time,the characterictics and application scope about the main technical measures of regulations guarantee are illustrated in the paper.
