小麦胚性愈伤组织发生形态、解剖构造与核酸和蛋白质代谢的关系 被引量:5

摘要 胚性愈伤组给与非胚性愈伤组织核酸与蛋白质代谢表现很不一样,胚性愈伤组织代谢话跃,而非胚性愈伤组织代谢缓慢。与其相适应的形态解剖学差异表现在细胞大小、染色深浅、胚性细胞团多少、细胞质浓厚稀薄、细胞核明显或不明显等方面。外部形态最终反映在愈伤组织质地、颜色、表面等特征上,胚性愈性组织质地坚实但易碎、表面光滑、粒状、淡黄色。而非胚性愈伤组织质地松散有水渍状、表面粗糙、多呈白色。这一结果表明可从外部形态、组织学和生化指标等加以判别,并通过改变内部与外部条件,控制胚性与非胚性愈伤组织的形成。 The nucleic acid and soluble protein metabolism of embryogenic acid non embryogenic callus are different. Embryogenic Callus metabolized actively but non embryogenic callus slowly. The morphology and anatomy corresponding to the metabolism displayed in the size of cell, the dark of dying, the quantity of embryogenic cell mass, the dense or thin of cytoplasm and the nucleus. The physical character of callus displays in quality and colors and surface characteristics. The embryogenic callus was solid and friable, more granular on the surface, light yellow in color. On the contrary, the non embryogenic callus was loose in texture, rough in surface,watery and white in color. This result indicated that basing on morphology, anatomical structure, and biochemistry index, embryogenic and non embryogenic callus can be identified and controlled during its developing by changing the inner and outer condition.$$$$
