急诊左半结肠一期切除吻合术34例治疗体会

Treatment experience of 34 patients that had emergency left-side hemicolectomy with one-stage anastomosis

目的探讨急诊左半结肠切除一期肠吻合的可行性。方法回顾性总结分析我院2008年4月-2010年9月间所收治34例急性左半结肠病变患者的外科治疗资料。结果全部病人痊愈出院，其中发生1例吻合口漏和1例切口感染，无死亡病例。结论急诊左半结肠切除一期肠吻合，虽有一定的危险性，但只要认真对待，处理得当，仍是安全可行的。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of emergency left-side hemicolectomy with one-stage anastomosis. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the surgical treatment data of 34 patients who had acute left colonic lesions and were in our hospital from April 2008 to September 2010. Results All patients were cured and discharged, but one patient got anastomotic leakage and one had wound infection, however no one ended in death. Conclusion Although emergency left-side hemicolectomy with one-stage anastomosis has a certain degree of risk, but if take it seriously and handle it properly, it is still safe and feasible.
