摘要
随动系统中由摩擦环节引起的爬行、振荡、跟踪误差大、低速平稳性等现象已成为阻碍随动性能提高的严重障碍。为了克服这一障碍,提高随动系统的低速平稳性,从随动系统中出现的爬行现象进行研究分析,为系统的设计和综合提供依据。
The phenomenon of creeping,dithering,oscillation and tracking error made of friction tache in servo system had been serious obstacle to prevent servo system from high performance.To overcome the obstacle and to improve low speed stability of servo system,this paper provided a basis for system design basing on creeping.
