随着应急机动通信在未来空军作战中的作用日益增大,如何具有针对性地建设应急机动通信系统已成为空军关注重点。通过分析应急机动通信系统的活动特点和影响因素,运用层次分析法构建了指标体系模型,并提出各项指标的判别标准,最后结合算例来验证指标选取的合理性。

With the increasing enlarging function of the emergency maneuver communication in the future AF battle,how to construct the emergency maneuver communication system has became the focus of the AF.Through analyzing the activity characteristics and affective factors of the emergency maneuver communication,this text set up an index model by using the AHP and establishes the discretion standard of every index.Finally use a simple example to prove the rationality of the index system.
