奶牛正常腕、跗关节滑液细胞学的研究

THE STUDIES OF CELLULAR CONSTITUENTS OF SYNOVIAL FLUID OF CARPUS AND TARSUS IN COWS

实验对6头健康有牛的腕关节、跗关节滑液的细胞学成分进行了研究,确立了关节滑液细胞的计数方法。用瑞—姬氏混合染色发现奶牛关节滑液细胞分为4类,即:淋巴细胞、嗜中性白细胞、巨噬细胞和退化细胞。滑液中嗜中性白细胞极显著低于血液中的嗜中性白细胞。未见嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞。

The cellular constituents of the carpus and tarsus were investigated in 6 healthy Holstein cows.The cell counts method in synovial fluid was founded.The differential leukocyte counts were made from smears stained with Wright's and Giemsa's compound stain.There were four types of cells in the synovial fluid,i.e,lymphocytes,neutrophils,macrophages and degenerated cells.The perentages of neutrophils in the synovial fluid was significantly lower than that in the blood.The eosinophils and basophils were never observed in the smears.$$$$
