摘要
为提高某新型火箭炮火控系统的可靠性指标,介绍了该新型火箭炮火控系统的基本组成,建立了火控系统可靠性模型,并对该型火箭炮火控系统进行了可靠性预计,利用评分法进行可靠性的分配,采用定时截尾可靠性试验方案对火控系统的可靠性进行检验和评估。在分析火控系统工作特点的基础上提出了改进可靠性设计的方法。
In order to increase the reliability index of a new rocket gun,the construction of Fire Control System(FCS) of a new rocket gun is introduced in the paper.And the reliability models of the FCS are established and the reliability about FCS of the new rocket gun is anticipated.The grading method is adopted to distribute the reliability.Its reliability is tested and evaluated with timing curtailed reliability test.Finally according to the analysis about the characteristic of the system,proposals and measures for reliability design of the FCS are offered.
