摘要
1日龄AA肉用雏鸡马立克氏病强毒(vMDV)人工感染后,马立克氏病(MD)发病率4875%,MD死亡率为1645%,红细胞EC3bR花环率、EIC花环率呈现先升高后降低的变化。
Broiler chicks artificial-infected with vMDV at 1th day were detected at different periods by erythrocyte C 3b receptor(EC 3b R)rosette assay and erythrocyte immune complex(EIC)rossette assay.The healthy chickens at different ages were also detected using those assays.The results showed that the activity of erythrocyte immune adherence(EIA)of the chickens with Mareadk's disease increased first and decreased afterwards and at thd 56th day,the EC 3b R rosette rate and the EIC rosette rate decreased significantly compared to control.This suggested that Mareak's disease influenced the immune adherence activity of C 3b receptor on the chicken erythrocytes and the immune function of chicken erythrocytes after being infected with vMDV was directly connected with the development of the Mareak's disease.
