掌叶覆盆子果实发育研究

Growth of Fruits of Rubus Chingii Hu

目的观察掌叶覆盆子果实发育及内部构造情况,为其采收期的确定和药材鉴别提供依据。方法采集不同时期的果实样品,制作石蜡切片,观察切片并对结果加以分析。结果掌叶覆盆子果实外部形态和内部构造在发育过程中存在一定的变化规律。结论掌叶覆盆子果实发育的研究结果可以为药材鉴别及质量控制提供一定依据。

Objective To observe the growing conditions and the internal structure of fruits ofRubus chingii Hu,so as to provide a basis for making sure the picking time and the identification of these cude drugs.Methods The fruit samples collected during different periods were made into paraffin sections,and then the internal structures of the fruit slices were observed and comparatively analysed.Results There were some changing regularities in the external features and the internal structures of fruits ofRubus chingiiHu during the development of the fruits.Conclusion The research results of the development of fruits ofRu-bus chingiiHu can provide a reliable basis for the identification and quality control of these crude drugs.
