摘要
研究了亮菌(Armillariella tabescens)固体发酵生产漆酶的工艺条件,发现麸皮和黄豆粉分别为固态发酵产漆酶的适宜碳源氮源,麸皮和黄豆粉的最佳比例为7∶3;培养基的湿度为70%,pH值为6.0;接种量为8%,培养温度为25℃。Cu2+、K+等能够促进漆酶合成,Ag+对漆酶具有抑制作用;含苯环物质对漆酶合成具有诱导作用,愈创木酚和赤霉素对漆酶的诱导作用均达到2倍以上。
Condition of solid fermentation technics of laccase production by Armillariella tabescens was studied.The results showed that bran was a proper carbon source and soybean powder was a proper nitrogen source for fermentation,and the optimum rate of bran and soybean powder was 7∶3;medium humidity was 70%,pH value was 6.0 inoculum concentration was 8%,and cultured at 25 ℃.Cu2+,K+ stimulated laccase synthesis,while Ag+ inhibited laccase synthesis.Matter containing benzene induced the laccase synthesis,guaiacol and GA3 acted up to 2 times.
