摘要
结合水泥稳定碎石基层的工程实践,对水稳基层振动成型法进行配合比设计,采用了密实骨架型结构的施工工艺,从原材料、施工重点工序进行了控制。结果表明:振动成型法减少了基层裂缝等病害,有效地提高了基层的路用性能。
Based on engineering practice,it detailed the mix proportion design of cement stabilized macadam mixture that was shaped by vibratory method,and the raw material and crucial construction processes were controlled. The results show that vibratory shaping method can reduce the cracks in the base course,and improve the pavement performance.
