摘要
对濒危藏药材船盔乌头种子萌发特性进行了初步研究,探讨了不同温度与光照处理对船盔乌头种子萌发的影响。结果表明,船盔乌头种子萌发的适宜温度为15～25℃,最适温度为25℃,萌发周期为8～10 d,不同光照条件对船盔乌头种子萌发率无显著影响。
The characteristics of seed germination of the endangered Tibetan medicinal plant Aconitum naviculare（Brühl.）Stapf was studied in this paper,the influence of different temperatures and light treatments on the seed germination had also been studied.The results showed that the suitable temperature for seed germination was 15～25 ℃ and the optimum temperature was 25 ℃.It also showed that the seed germination cycle was 8～10 days and different light treatments had no significant effect on seed germination rate.
