摘要
以野生乌拉尔甘草种子为试材,对甘草快繁体系的建立进行研究,结果表明适合乌拉尔甘草快繁的途径为无菌苗茎段直接生根成苗方式,最适培养基:MS+KH2PO4 13.5 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L,增殖系数可达76,生根率达90%,移栽成活率可达95%。
The rapid propagation of Glycyrrhiza uralensis fisch was studied.The results showed that the suitable route of rapid propagation was from stem to seedling.The suitable culture medium was MS＋KH2PO4 13.5 mg/L＋IBA 0.5 mg/L.The proliferation coefficient was 76,rooting rate was 90%,The survival rate was 95%.
