摘要
目的研究天麻对病毒性心肌炎(VMC)小鼠心肌细胞的保护作用。方法将Balb/c小鼠分为正常对照组,VMC对照组,天麻低、中、高干预组共5组,分析各组小鼠生存率、心肌病理积分以及脑钠肽(BNP)、超声主动脉血流峰值流速(Vp)、主动脉流速积分(Vi)等心功能指标。结果高剂量天麻干预组与VMC对照组相比,小鼠死亡率明显降低,病理积分、BNP、Vp、Vi等指标的差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),而中、低剂量组与VMC对照组相比,上述指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论天麻对VMC小鼠心肌细胞有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effects of Gastrodia elata on myocardial cells of mice with viral myocarditis（VMC）.Methods Balb/c mice were divided into five groups randomly normal group,VMC group,and low dose,moderate dose,and high dose of Gastrodia elata groups.The mortality,pathological score of myocardial,brain natriuretic peptid（BNP）,peak velocity of aorta（Vp）,and flow velocity integral of aorta（Vi）were compared.Results Compared with VMC group,the mortality,pathological score,BNP,Vp,and Vi of high Gastrodia elata group were significantly different（P 〈0.05）.However,there were no differences between low and middle Gastrodia elata groups with VMS group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Gastrodia elata has protective effect on myocardial cells of mice with VMC.
