摘要 氧化应激是介导肾小球硬化的重要机制之一。近年来氧化低密度脂蛋白(Ox-LDL)在肾小球硬化及间质纤维化中发挥的作用越来越受到关注,再度成为研究热点。文章综述了近年来关于Ox-LDL的形成及其在肾病进展中临床意义,以进一步理解Ox-LDL诱导肾小球硬化的发生、发展机制,以及针对Ox-LDL诱导肾纤维化的一些新的治疗措施。 Oxidative stress is one of the important pathogenic factors for glomerulosclerosis.Recently,the role of oxidized low-density lipoprotein(Ox-LDL)in the development of glomerulosclerosis and interstitial fibrosis has attracted more and more concerns.This article reviewed the formation of Ox-LDL,its clinical significance in the progress of nephropathy and current understanding of the pathogenic mechanisms of lipid-mediated glomerulosclerosis,and the fibrogenic signaling cascades triggered by Ox-LDL.In addition,therapeutic strategies to prevent the development of Ox-LDL-mediated glomerulosclerosis is also discussed.
