NRM56.4大型原料立磨是中国中材国际工程股份有限公司(南京)为5000～6000t/d水泥熟料生产线开发配套的原料粉磨设备。简要介绍了该立磨关键的研究课题(包括耐磨材料和耐磨技术的研究,磨辊轴承应用性能的研究和关键部件的有限元分析等),以及立磨的结构组成和工作原理;同时就该立磨具有的十方面的技术特点进行了全面分析。

NRM56.4 large-scale raw material vertical mill is the grinding equipment designed for 5 000～6 000 t/d clinker production line, developed by Sinoma International Engineering Co.,Ltd.. The key research tasks of the vertical mill were introduced in brief including study of wear-resistant material and techmology, study of roller bearings performance and finite element analysis of the key part, as well as the mill structure and working theory. And at the same time, ten aspects of technical characteristic of the vertical mill were alalysed roundly.
