浅析压力式热力除氧技术在水泥余热电厂锅炉给水除氧中的运用 被引量:4

摘要 水泥工业余热电厂的锅炉给水除氧非常关键,目前常用化学除氧和真空除氧,而压力式热力除氧应用不多。文章以5000t/d熟料生产线的余热发电系统为例,介绍了锅炉给水热力除氧系统的流程和设计要点,并重点分析了采用热力除氧余热发电系统的特点和优势。该系统除氧效果良好,且能够实现热能的梯级利用,能有效提高发电系统的热效率和火用效率。 It is very important to remove dissolved oxygen from the boiler water in waste heat power generation system, and at present, chemical oxygen removing and vacuum oxygen removing are frequently used, however, thermal oxygen removing has little application. A 5 000 t/d clinker production lines waste heat power generation system was taken for example, the thermal oxygen removing flow and the design points of boiler water were introduced, and its characteristic and predominance were stressed on. The thermal oxygen removing system has good effect which will realize cascade utilization of heat energy and increase power generation efficiency.
