Cognition of using antibiotics and its intervention among staff and students in a vocational college

摘要 目的了解高职院校教职工及学生对抗生素药物应用及不良反应的认知水平,为引导师生合理应用抗生素提供依据。方法 2010年10—12月采用问卷调查部分教师及学生,发放问卷1500份,进行数据汇总分析。结果有45.76%的人在医生指导下使用抗生素,47.42%的人自己或听他人建议选择用药,60.28%的人不知道滥用抗生素会产生细菌耐药性。结论师生们对抗生素类药物及细菌耐药认知存在偏差,应加强对广大师生进行合理用药方面知识的普及和行为干预。 Objective To understand the cognition of using antibiotics and its adverse reactions among the staff and students in a vocational college,so as to provide the evidence for improving the use of antibiotics.Methods A questionnaire investigations were performed on 1 500 staff and students from October to December in 2010.The data were collected and analyzed.Results Totally 45.76% of the staff and students used antibiotics under the guidance of doctors,and 47.42% used antibiotics by themselves or on other's advice,while 60.28% did not know the bacterial resistance to antibiotics resulted from the overuse of antibiotics.Conclusions There is a cognition deviation of antibiotics and bacterial resistance to antibiotics.We should enforce the health education for improving the knowledge of rational use of antibiotics and also enhance the behavioral intervention.
