预先静脉注射布托啡诺对硬膜外麻醉后病人寒战的影响

Effects of prophylactic intravenous injection of butorphanol on shivering during epidural anesthesia in patients

目的探讨静脉注射布托啡诺对硬膜外麻醉后寒战的预防效果。方法选择60例准备在硬膜外麻醉下行下腹部、下肢手术的成年患者,随机分为3组(每组20例):B组、Q组、C组。于硬膜外麻醉注药前5min,B组静脉注射布托啡诺1mg,Q组静脉注射曲马多100mg,C组不用药。观察麻醉及手术过程中寒战发生率、寒战的严重程度。结果 B组和Q组寒战发生率均为5%,C组为35%,B组、Q组与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组嗜睡发生率、Q组恶心发生率较高。结论静脉注射布托啡诺有助于预防低位硬膜外麻醉后寒战。

Objective To study whether intravenous injection with butorphanol can prevent shivering under epidural anesthesia.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients operated on lower abdomen,lower limb under epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups： group B（n=20）,group Q（n=20） and the control group（group C,n=20）.The patients in group B were injected intravenously with butorphanol 1mg;in group Q,tramadol 100mg 5 minutes before epidural anesthesia;and those in group C were not given either of the above two drugs.All the patients were observed to find out the rate and degree of shivering and the changes of temperature before and after shivering in the course of anesthesia and operation.Results The rates of shivering in both group B and group Q were 5 percent,and in group C were 35 percent,respectively.There was significant difference between group C and group B or group Q（P0.05）.Conclusions Intravenous injection with butorphanol could help to prevent shivering under epidural anesthesia.
