小柴胡汤治疗剖宫产术后发热33例

Observation of Efficacy on Fever after Cesarean Section 33 Patients Treated with Chinese Medicine Xiaochaihu Decoction

目的观察小柴胡汤治疗剖宫产术后发热的临床疗效。方法对33例符合诊断标准的患者给予小柴胡汤治疗。结果 33例患者治愈28例(85%),好转4例(12%),无效1例(3%),总有效率97%。结论小柴胡汤治疗剖宫产术后发热有较好的临床疗效,值得进一步推广。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy on fever after cesarean section 33 patients treated with Chinese medicine Xiaochaihu Decoction.Method 3 patients were given treatment of Xiaochaihu Decoction.Results Of 33cases,25cases（85%）were cured,4 cases（12%） improved,1 cases（3%） failed;the total effective rate was 97%.Conclusions Xiaochaihu Decoction achieves quite good clinical efficacy on fever after cesarean section and deserves to be further promoted.
