中西医结合治疗中风后遗症临床疗效观察

Integrative Medicine Clinical Observation on Treatment of Stroke Sequelae

目的探讨中西医结合治疗中风后遗症临床疗效观察。方法回顾分析42例患者的临床资料。结果对照组21例中,基本痊愈3例,显著进步6例,有效7例,无效4例;治疗组21例中,基本痊愈5例,显著进步8例,有效8例,无效0例;两组总有效率比较P<0.05,说明治疗组优于对照组。结论通过本组观察表明,中西医结合治疗中风后遗症,在治愈率和总有效率上都明显优于单纯西药治疗组,充分发挥了中西医的长处,疗效确切,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the consequences of Integrative Medicine Clinical observation on treatment of stroke.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 42 patients.Results In control group 21 cases,the basic recovery in 3 cases,significant improvement in 6 cases,effective in 7 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency;the treatment group,21 cases,the basic recovery in 5 cases,significant improvement in 8 cases,effective in 8 cases,Invalid 0 case;total effective rate between the two groups P0.05,that the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion The group observed that treatment of stroke sequelae of Integrative Medicine,the cure rate and total effective rate in both groups was better than western medicine,give full play to the strengths of Chinese and Western Medicine,effective,worthy of clinical application.
