摘要
区域产业用地集约利用是土地利用变化研究的重要内容之一,评价单元划分和评价指标体系的建立是区域产业用地评价的基础工作。因现阶段我国产业用地的定量评价成果较少,作者从区域土地和工业用地评价等相关研究入手,以期在评价空间层次划分、评价单元划分和评价指标体系构建方面对区域产业用地有所启示。通过比对得出结论:区域产业属于宏观层次评价;对区域评价单元评价应能反映区域产业用地情况,考虑应以区域内一个城市产业用地整体作为评价单元;当前我国产业用地评价多集中在政策制定研究的定性考察方面,应着力挖掘产业用地内涵,加强对区域产业用地评价指标体系构建,全面考虑产业用地影响因素进行评价。
The regional industrial intensive land use is one of the important issues in the study of land use changes.The type classification of evaluation unit and the construction of evaluation index system are the foundation works of evaluation of regional industrial land use.There are few achievements of the quantitative evaluation of industrial land in China.The evaluation of the regional land and industrial land is studied in order to guide the division of spatial levels,the type classification of evaluation unit and the construction of evaluation index system of regional industrial land use.The conclusions are drawn that the evaluation of regional industry land use belongs to macro level evaluation.The evaluation of the regional evaluation unit should reflect the industrial land use,and all industrial land use of a city should be taken as the evaluation unit of the region.Since most evaluation of industrial land use in China at present are qualitative research about the policy making,the construction of evaluation index system of regional industrial land use should be enhanced through excavating the concept of regional industrial land use and comprehensively investigating the influence factors of industrial land use.
