摘要
通过对粤西8所小学200名小学教师进行问卷调查,发现粤西小学教师专业情意发展存在专业理念不够坚定、专业情操不够强烈、专业自我不够明晰等问题;需要从社会学、教育学和心理学角度出发,加大对教师专业情意发展的支持力度,提高对教师专业情意发展的内化要求,明晰对教师专业情意发展的认同程度。
Developments of 200 teachers of 8 primary schools in the west of Guangdong province by questionnaires show that Elementary school Teachers' professional complex in the west of Guangdong province confronts the problems of insufficiency of Professional ideals,professional aptitude and professional itself;From the education,the psychology and sociology angle,Increasing the support of teachers' professional development,improving the requirements of teachers' professional development,clearing the cordiality of teachers' professional development.
