摘要
建立了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定皮革及其制品中痕量镉的试验方法。样品经浓硫酸和过氧化氢湿法消解,以硝酸镁为基体改进剂,试验了石墨炉原子吸收法测定镉的最佳仪器条件。在选定的最优测试条件下,镉的检出限为0.053μg/L,样品加标回收率为96.2%~105.6%,相对标准偏差小于3.2%。用于皮革及其制品中痕量镉的测定,结果满意。
A method for the determination of trace amounts of cadmium in leather products by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was developed. The leather samples were digested with H2SO4 and H2O2 and magnesium nitrate was used as matrix modifier, the optimal established. The detection limit of cadmium was 0.053μg·L-1, the recoveries with relative standard deviation (RSD) below 3.2%.The method can be used cadmium in leather products with satisfactory results. instrument conditions were range was 96.2%-105.6%, in the determination of trace cadmium in leather products with satisfactory results.
