摘要
通过设计和发放煤炭企业及职工安全状况调查问卷,掌握了某矿井下易发工伤事故的主要原因,即"三违",操作不当,安全培训不合理,安全管理不到位,安全意识淡薄,管理者与员工在安全认知方面存在显著差异等。据此提出加强企业安全管理工作,提高管理层素质,杜绝"三违;"完善安全培训制度,强化管理者与员工的安全意识,缩小双方在安全认知方面存在的差异等措施,为把该矿安全生产事故发生率降到最低限度提供科学依据。
Through designing and distributing questionnaires to coal enterprise and the staff safety status from one coal mine,the primary causes of the coal mines' industrial accidents were discovered and concentrated in following aspects:three violation behavior,incorrect maneuver,unreasonable safety training, incomplete safety management, weak safety consciousness, significant differences between managers and workers in safety cognition and so on. Based on above factors, suggestions that strengthening safety management of the coal mine were provided,which included improving the managers'quality, eliminating " three violation behavior", improving safety training system, strengthening the safety consciousness of superintendent and staff, narrowing their differences which exists in safety cognition aspect. Above suggestions can provide scientific basis for decreasing industrial accident rate of the coal mine.
