摘要
目的:评价循证护理在风湿内科护理临床教学中的应用效果。方法:将在风湿内科实习、自愿参与研究的63名本科护生随机分为实验组(n=31)和对照组(n=32),实验组采用循证护理教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法,出科时进行出科综合考试,并对实验组进行问卷调查。结果:实验组对循证护理教学模式持肯定态度,且出科考试成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将循证护理模式应用于护理临床教学可调动护生的积极性,提高护理教学质量。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing care in rheumatology clinical teaching. Methods: 63 voluntary undergraduate nursing students which will enter rheumatology practice were divided into experimental group (n=31 and control group (n=32) randomly, the experimental group used evidence-based care teaching methods, the control group used traditional teaching methods, a comprehensive examination will be conducted when leaving the department, and the experimental group carried out a questionnaire. Results: The experimental group shows positive attitude for evidence-based nursing teaching methods, and a significant difference (P〈 0.05) was found between the scores of the two groups. Conclusion: Evidence- based nursing model used in clinical teaching can mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing students and improve the quality of nursing education.
