腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术60例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Laparoscopic Myomectomy of 54 Cases

随着微创外科的深入发展,腹腔镜技术在妇产科得到广泛应用[1]。子宫肌瘤开腹手术传统上为首选的治疗方法。近年来,内镜手术的出现开辟了腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术的新途径。本人于2005年1月～2010年1月解放军总医院妇科进修期间,对60例患子宫肌瘤要求保留子宫住院患者行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,取得满意效果,现总结如下。

With the development of minimally invasive surgery, laparoscopic is widely accepted all across the department of gynecology and obstetrics. Hysteromyoma open abdominal surgery is commonly used treatment. Recently, the appearance of endoscopic operation opened up new worlds for laparoscopic hysteromyoma resection. During the advanced study, I rejected hysteromyomas under the laparoscope for 60 patients who demand to retain their uterus from June, 2005 to june, 2010. Laparoscopic assisted myomectomy has the advantages of traditional and minimal invasive surgery, which is safe and effective. Satisfactory effect has been seen, and it was summarized as follows.
