RP-HPLC法测定吲哚美辛贴片中吲哚美辛的含量

Content determination of indometacin patch by RP-HPLC

目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定吲哚美辛贴片中吲哚美辛的含量。方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(600∶400∶1),检测波长228 nm。结果:在10～200μg/ml范围内,溶液浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.1%(n=9)。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确、重现性好。

Objective： To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of the contents of Indometacin Patch.Methods： The column was Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was composed of methanol-water-phosphoric acid（600∶400∶1）.The detection wavelength was 228 nm.Results： The calibration curves were linear between 10～200 μg/ml.The average recovery was 99.6% with RSD of 1.1%（n=9）.Conclusion： The method was simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible.
