Analysis on detection result of novel influenza A(H1N1) virus in Puyang city from 2009 to 2010

摘要 目的在国家流感网络实验室平台框架下,通过对濮阳市2009-2010年流感感染人群流感病毒核酸的实验室检测,了解新甲型H1N1及其它流感病毒在濮阳市感染人群中病毒型别的构成,密切关注新甲型H1N1流感病毒变异情况,及时对病毒变异等重要情况进行分析,向国家流感中心提供重要检测数据,为甲型H1N1流感防控提供科学依据。方法按照《甲型H1N1流感病毒RT-PCR检测技术标准操作规程》,使用Real-time RT-PCT和RT-PCR对病例鼻咽拭子标本进行甲型H1N1和季节性H1、H3和A、B型流感病毒核酸检测。结果 2009年5月-2010年12月共检测流感样病例标本776份,流感病毒核酸阳性386份,阳性率为49.74%。386份阳性标本中新甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性226份,占流感病例阳性标本的比例为58.55%。2009年9月12日检出首例新甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性病例,此后甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性率持续上升,2009年11月份达到高峰,为73.11%,12月份后开始下降,2010年3月份后再未检出流感病毒核酸阳性病例。对125份流感病毒核酸阳性标本进行病毒分离,总体病毒分离阳性率较低,只有18.40%。结论 2009年秋季至2010年春季是本次流感大流行的高发季节,新甲型H1N1流感病毒为这波流感大流行的优势毒株。但季节性流感病毒也同时存在。 Objective In the national influenza network laboratory platform framework,To know the components of the influenza virus including H1N1 according to the laboratory test about the Nucleic acids of the infection population,pay more attention to the variation of influenza A(H1N1) and make an analysis,all of the results can be refered to the national influenza center as scientific reference.Methods According to "CDC Protocol of realtime RTPCR for influenza A(H1N1)",nasopharyngeal swab specimens from the patients suffering influenza were tested to identify the virus.Results 776 influenza-like cases were tested from May 2009 to December 2010,386 cases(49.74 %) were influenza virus positive,in which 226 cases were new influenza A H1N1 positive with constituent ratio 58.55 %.After the first case tested out in 12th September 2009 the positive rate of the influenza virus increased gradually and reached the peak of 73.11 % in November 2009,and then decreased,the positive cases were not found since March 2009.125 positive specimens were isolated with lower isolation rate 18.4 %.Conclusions The period from Autumn 2009 to Spring 2010 is the peak period with high incidence,The new influenza A H1N1 influenza virus is the superiority virus strain in this influenza pandemic,but the seasonal influenza virus is existed also.
