摘要
钛酸钡陶瓷介温特性测试系统主要由介电性能测试软、硬件平台构成,具有信号调理、采集、分析处理、自动生成测试报告等功能,可以实现钛酸钡陶瓷的室温介电常数、相变温度、介电常数-温度特性、介电损耗-温度特性、容量温度变化率特性等多项参数的综合自动测试.系统硬件平台主要包括计算机、参数转换装置、LCR仪、温控箱、显示终端等.自动记录的温度、电容量、介质损耗数据由计算机软件平台进行综合处理、参数计算及统计分析后自动生成测试数据表格.实践表明,建立的测试系统在教学和科研中都具有重要的应用价值.
The dielectric temperature characteristics test and analysis system for barium titanate ceramics employs a hardware platform and a software platform. It contains different-functioned subsystems such as sig- nal conditioning, signal gathering, signal processing, and report generation. The dielectric constant at room temperature, phase transition temperature, dlelectric-temperature characteristics, dielectric los,s-temperature characteristics, temperature coefficient of capacitance, and so on can be tested. The hardware platform of the system includes a computer, a parametric switch unit, a LCR meter, a high-low temperature chamber, and a display terminal. The software platform deals with the auto-recorded data of temperature, capacitance and di- electric loss. It also analyzes the dielectric performance, and generates the test table report. It is proved by the practice uaage that the integrated automatic testing system would be of great value in both education and scientific research.
